Migration, 2022

24” x 36”, Acrylic on Canvas

My love of Huntington Beach, CA started with a visit to the Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve. Inspired by the great blue heron and the many birds that pass over the marshy waters of this pacific estuary, the wetlands are home to both migratory and resident threatened and endangered species of wildlife and wildflowers.
